This Mayor-Council meeting consisted mainly of announcements from council members and a detailed presentation from the Vibrant Denver bond team on project status, procurement, and funding. The bond team reported 58 projects advanced and 37 in construction, discussed housing investment processes including the first housing authority project at 2510 East 12th Avenue (former CDLE building), and gave updates on libraries, Park Hill Park, Red Rocks, the First Responder Public Safety Training Center, and Rise/Elevate bond closeout. Council members asked questions about missing citywide sidewalk projects near Kramer Park, Decker Library community engagement timing, housing dollar distribution, Blair Caldwell/Montbello community engagement, and skate park public art, with several requesting fact sheets or collateral for district events. The meeting adjourned into a closed session.

12:28 Alliance. Packard Dcpa and the
12:30 Museum of Nature and Science.
12:32 All of those have the projects
12:34 initiated and we are working
12:34 on agreements with the Denver
12:36 Art Museum, the Botanic Garden
12:38 and Children's Advocacy Center
12:38 as well as the Sun Valley
12:42 Riverfront Park face to So
12:44 looking ahead for what's
12:45 coming to city Council we will
12:47 continue doing our quarterly
12:48 update to believe our next one
12:49 is scheduled for DECEMBER

14:02 Branch Library. And so we

14:12 need for the facility
14:14 renovation of that. My fellow

14:24 selected hand print
14:26 architecture that design on.
14:29 They demonstrated to us just a
14:30 comprehensive understanding of
14:32 each of the projects and the
14:35 uniqueness associated They do
14:36 have great experience with dp
14:38 l and dpr and previous
14:39 experience at close of the
14:41 branch locations to So we're
14:43 really excited to get on this
14:46 contract going and get those
14:49 facilities and designing some
14:51 great stuff for us in our
14:52 communities the other one that
14:54 will be coming up soon is
14:57 better concert hall. So we
14:58 selected tribal park attacks
14:59 for that contract to believe
15:02 we 17 proposals for that to
15:05 be. And we selected Type tribe
15:06 out because that just have
15:07 extensive experience in
15:08 designing in renovating this
15:10 type of concert hall, along
15:12 with a deep knowledge of the
15:14 existing facility. Their
15:14 approach just had a great
15:16 emphasis on collaboration with
15:17 the ad, the musicians and the
15:19 patrons to ensure the design
15:22 supports all the user And we
15:23 are also going out for our cng
15:27 see contractor procurement 2
15:33 to 3 weeks for this one. So
15:34 public are we get asked about
15:36 a we wanted to take a
15:37 different approach to the
15:38 vibrant projects because of
15:39 the speed of them getting
15:41 public art on board her lease
15:42 there is dedicated resources
15:45 for public art on the viral
15:45 projects. There's 2 different
15:50 employees that are
15:51 particularly engaged. That's
15:52 about as Hannah Leathers from

15:58 to get into the process
16:01 earlier. We would like to have
16:03 them roughly a 30% design
16:04 phase just wanted to be like

16:10 projects that were already in
16:10 motion at the beginning in
16:15 particular, Santa Fe and the
16:18 animal shelter. For the most

16:29 review of the selected firms.
