Rescinds budget from General Fund Contingency to appropriate budget in General Fund agencies and appropriate cash transfers to the Liability Claims Special Revenue Fund (SRF), the Risk Management SRF, and the Affordable Housing Property Tax and Other Local Revenue SRF; and authorizes appropriations in the Liability Claims SRF, the Internal Billings and Reimbursements, and the Affordable Housing Property Tax and Other Local Revenue Fund.
