Amends the “Energy Efficiency Assistance” Special Revenue Fund in the General Government Fund Series to change the expending authority from Human Rights and Community Partnerships to the Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency and to change the fund name to the “Equity Energy Efficiency” Fund.
