Establishes the “Denver Downtown Development Authority (DDDA) Custodial Fund” in the Special Trust Fund Series to hold loan proceeds and interest earnings, collected by the City and County of Denver on DDDA’s behalf, and authorizes a cash transfer from the DDDA Special Revenue Fund, Fund 11893, to this new Custodial Fund.
