Amends Ordinance No. 737, Series of 2022, to clarify the allowable revenues and expenditures in the “Mandatory Affordable Housing Fee-In-Lieu” Special Revenue Fund (Fund 16815) in the Community Development Fund Series and authorizes a cash transfer to the General Fund in 2026.
