Amends Ordinance No. 275, Series of 2012, as amended by Ordinance No. 739, Series of 2014, to clarify the allowability and authorization of transfers from the Denver Arts and Venues Special Revenue Fund, Fund 15815, to the DAV capital projects Fund, Fund 38336, for DAV capital projects.
