A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Transportation concerning the “Federal Blvd. BRT Design Project” program and the funding therefor. Approves an intergovernmental agreement execution with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for $2,500,000.00 with an end date of 09-19-2033 for the Federal Blvd. BRT Design project. The work includes the design of the portion of the Federal Boulevard BRT Project located in the City and County of Denver and associated services including the relocation and improvement of approximately 13 bus stops and the removal of approximately 6 stops, citywide (202475069).
