Approves a federal grant from the Environmental Protection Agency for $1,000,000 and through 8-1-2027 for implementation of a Healthy Homes Electrification Program to fund home electrification and weatherization retrofits for household with critical needs, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from income-qualified homes, improvements to indoor air quality, and reduction of exposure to pollutants or those living with chronic respiratory and health conditions in Council Districts 8 and 9 (CASR-202475479).
