Amends a contract with The Fax East Colfax Redevelopment, LLC by adding $293,953 for a new total of $1,277,409 to renovate additional units so that the total number of shelter units will be increased from 34 to 37, at the Sand & Sage Motel and Westerner Motel, which will operate temporarily as non-congregate shelter and will ultimately be redeveloped into affordable housing in Council District 8. No change to contract duration (HOST-202369154-01/HOST-202265304). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-11-2023.
